Description:

Single stemmed, 5 ft. tall, whorled leaf arrangement, lanceolate leaf with tiny "teeth" along margin, flower branching (umbel-like) begins at 3 ft., tiny white flowers, appear to be opening soon, but after several days of observation none seen, however, a few flowers at terminus show petals dropped and sepals dried.

Not 100% sure but yours looks similar...yours looks not as dense as pics on the net.

I am talking about Erechtites hieracifolia
